Brooke (who’s visually impaired) took that big fitness leap today and did her FIRST COMP! She partnered up with @doghairglitter who’s such a wonderful woman and so sweet hearted. I cannot begin to tell you just how proud I am of Brooke and how far along she’s come. Honestly I’m a little at loss for words on this one, simply because the smile Brooke has on her face while taking her home, it was absolutely priceless...


Coaching is incredibly near to my heart. I miss my athletes so much, on a daily basis. I’ve had a hard time adjusting going from what I felt was complete purpose in one career to being at the bottom of the totem pole once again. Although I know it’s only temporary I’m still thankful for the time that I get with Brooke still, because she reminds me just how much I love this part of my life. Once again Brooke, you do more for me than I have or will ever be able to do for you. I’m so proud of you.
