I was at the gym today lost in my own thoughts and I see this. Milford Firefighter Drew Burrow in full gear, putting in 110 flights on the stairclimber in honor of those who lost their lives on 9/11/2001. This put things right back into perspective for me. Thank you to all those who sacrifice to keep us safe. Today my thoughts and prayers are with you all!
