A month ago, Maddie decided to be her idol Carrie Underwood for Halloween. She has been talking about it a lot! I went to a thrift store to find the most sequined outfit that screams “Carrie Underwood at the Grammys.” We woke up super early today to get ready for her big day as Carrie. As I opened the garage door to get Maddy on her school bus, standing there with sign in hand was Carrie Underwood’s limo driver!! (Her bus driver). Maddy was so surprised and so excited!!! So off to the Grammys she went with a great big smile..... okay really school....
I walked back in the house also with a great big smile because there is no greater feeling than putting your child in the hands of such a kind, generous and thoughtful person. She just made my daughter feel like a superstar!!
Maddy’s bus driver deserves a Grammy!!!
