The song was written for a beautiful women (Kellie Blankenship) who took me into her home while I was in college. She treated me like I was her blood son and so did her amazing husband, Allen Blankenship. He soon became like a father to me and they helped place a roof over my head while I finished my undergraduate degree. They supported my music dreams and gave me guidance! I will love them forever and this song is my story being told from their point of view, Diamond Wings!
