A 23-year-old Northern California woman is getting the rare chance to receive a third lung transplant.

Ally Jenkins suffered a stroke at 14 years old during a cheerleading practice. It was revealed she had severe pulmonary hypertension, and was told she only had two weeks to live.

Now, nine years and two lung transplants later, Ally is still fighting.

In May, Ally was diagnosed with Stage 4 rejection and was admitted into the ICU at the University of California, San Francisco hospital, where she has stayed ever since.

The doctor who performed Ally's first two transplants has agreed to perform a rare, third transplant -- if a lung becomes available.

Ally and her parents will now move to another state as they wait for good news.

"I want to travel the world, get married and have children... Live my life as full as possible," Jenkins said.

Ally & Mason met in kindergarten, they have been dating for over 3 years. He rarely leaves her side. She is so strong and their faith is amazing!  We need a miracle...we need Ally to get her 3rd transplant and live the life her & mason have been dreaming of!

This is my beautiful Granddaughter.  Before she got sick for the third time, Ally spoke at several No California  high schools about donating life.  This resulted in Ally obtaining 5,000 new organ donnars.  Now its her turn to receive.  Please help Ally receive her third transplant.

I've been a personal trainer for 34yrs. Ally has been one of my clients since her first transplant 8yrs ago. I've never met someone more courageous. She united our whole community in support for her. She is a gift to so many, and so deserving of the gift of a third transplant.

I know this young lady, and she is an inspiration to anyone who meerts her. I had a liver transplant and had an opportunity to help at one of her Organ Donation Awarenes Events. She is so full of life and love. Her family has stood by her side through every step, and it breaks my heart to see them hurting and wondering if Ally will get her 3rd transplant. I do not personally know Ally, but my daughter attended the same high school AND I know that everyone deserves a full life. A third transplant can give Ally that opportunity. Organ donation saves lives and allows those that have lost theirs to live on through their donation.
