Traveling the country, coast to coast, to seek, serve and celebrate everyday people that are doing extraordinary things. Having recently lost my father to suicide, I was overwhelmed by the generosity and compassion from "strangers" - aka volunteers and fellow suicide survivors. I couldn't help but wonder, while these everyday heroes are supporting the masses, who was supporting them? And how do we reach people suffering and steer them in the right direction? Who is going to remind people that they matter? I will.
