Help us return this ring to the relatives of Mr James M. Mosby
Description
When I was just a little kid, I found this small silver ring (Ø 16 mm) in my parents' attic, here in Flanders, Belgium. I always wondered who this 'James M. Mosby' could have been.

Under his name, there are also the Greek characters ‘ΑΞ ΑΣΦ’ and the number '54'.

Through the internet, it wasn't that hard to find out. After only half an hour of research, I found who I believe to be its original owner.

This man was a member of the fraternity Alpha Sigma Phi (‘ΑΣΦ’). The characters ‘ΑΞ’ mean he was part of the chapter Alpha Xi, so he studied at the Illinois Institute of Technology. After this, he got his Master's degree in Business at the Washington University. He than later joined the marine and fought in Korea. For the next 26 years, he was a chairman at Monsanto. Upon retiring, he volunteered at a nursing home. On August 28, 2014 he passed away. (http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/stltoday/obituary.aspx?pid=172296249)

I have absolutely no clue how this ring got in a small village in Belgium in the first place, but (eventhough it's just a tiny object) I would be more than happy to return it to the rightful owner's descendants. I tried to contact them through the internet, but until now, I haven't heard back from them. I can imagine they are hesitant towards someone from across the Atlantic Ocean sending them a message. I would be too, as a matter of fact. :)

Please help us to access this man's relatives by sharing our message.
