Rockne Smith was diagnosed with bilateral Wilms tumor on March 31, 2013. At his two-year scans on November 5, 2015 we found out that he will once again be fighting this beast. As a family of Notre Dame Fighting Irish fans this picture remains one of our favorites. Go Irish! Go Ellen! Go Rockne!
