What to do if you are having a bad day!
Description
My daughter Margaret is paralyzed from the neck down and is on a ventilator due to a car accident Jan. 2, 2009. She was dead at the scene. She is such an inspiration to so many and she can turn a bad day into a good day. So when you are having a bad watch this video because this is coming from a little girl who can no longer be a competitive cheerleader, hug her family, play with her toys and she has been through more procedures than most should endure but yet she is so uplifting and happy. So when you think you are having a bad day do as she would say " Look into my eyes, take a deep breath in, now let it out and have a nice day" All you can do is smile.

If you have not heard of this family, you are truly missing out on what love is all about.  I began my journey with this young lady as a parent educator.  I knew how strong of a connection this family had to their children.  I continued on not only as their friend but as a new business owner.  Let me explain, Sherline had a daycare business and was leaving it so she knew I was starting one, she gave me one of her families and I ended up with a great business.  My son and Miss Margaret went to church together and we were formulate to have sat in front of this family Christmas Eve before her horrific accident.  Ellen you would be a fool not to meet them.  I cannot tell you the strength of this family.  If you ever have wondered how a family survives and thrives after tragedy, this is one worth your 15 minutes of air time.  I promise you this, they will forever change your life, and you will become like the rest of us here in Jefferson City, Missouri.  You will become a supporter of this courageous young lady and her even more courageous family.  Don't be a fool, it is only a few moments of YOUR time, how about it Ellen, say you'll give this young girl a few minutes.

If any one family deserves to be on the ELLEN show - it is this family!  This little girl is so BRAVE - she is an inspiration to all of us.  There is no way I could put a smile on my face if I were paralyzed from the neck down, but this little girl always has a smile.  The whole family should be recognized, as everyone of their lives has changed since that car accident.  They have more struggles than any family I know has ever endured, but they have that bond that always pulls them through somehow.  I don't even really know this family, but have kept up with them since the day of the accident.  They are in my prayers nightly, and my prayer is that little girl will walk again some day!  Research and prayers (and maybe ELLEN) are their only hope.

Margaret is an amazing young girl. I was truly blessed when I met her at a nail salon in Louisiana. She was getting ready for a wedding and she looked so beautiful. Her spirit is very uplifting. To hear her story is heartbreaking, but to see that smile, God has a plan.

This little girl has so much personality and joy for life. Her family is so tough, loving, and persevering. My husband and I were lucky enough to finally meet Margaret and we instantly fell in love. Keep smiling, Margaret, we are always rooting for you!
