This is my life long dearest friend of 40+ years. I hate that she has to suffer from this.

The most likely way we can help people like Debbie is to bring national attention to gastroparesis (gp) so we can get more research funds for this little-known, horrible disease. Most people haven't heard of it unless they or a friend or family member is diagnosed. There it currently no cure, but we hope to change that if we can get Ellen to invite Raven Walton to her show. Raven is a 20-yr-old fellow gp patient who also teaches dance to children and has won beauty pageants, while proudly showing her scars from having a gastric pacemaker put in her abdomen to help push the food she eats through her digestive tract.

Disabled because of gastroparesis (gp). Asking for help to bring awareness for this terrible 'invisible illness'. We need research and better treatments.
