Many children are affected by their parents having gastroparesis (gp). Many parents feel guilty for being sick. Not being all they want to be for their children. As a grandma, I understand this. I would like to do so much with those grandchildren! Being a parent is awesome, but being a grandparent after your kids grow up... it's love like you haven't known for so many years!

Kids want Ellen to dance with Raven to bring awareness to gastroparesis, a terrible illness that effects the ability to digest food through the body's digestive tract. Please encourage Ellen to invite Raven to dance on her show to bring national attention to this horrible disease.

Please help bring awareness to this disease that has no known cure. We need to reach a national audience, and Ellen can help us by inviting Raven Walton to her show. Raven is a 20-yr-old gp patient who teaches dance to young children. She also competes in pageants where she proudly displays the scars she has from having a gastric pacemaker put in her abdomen that helps push the food through her digestive tract. She hopes to bring awareness to this horrible illness at a national level. Getting on The Ellen DeGeneres Show would help all gp patients feel as if we finally have a voice, seeing how most people have never heard of this. Please help us change that.
