Meet Kiss, a four year old male boxer.
Kiss was rescued from death row at a kill shelter, and now resides in Boulder Colorado.
What makes him so special?
Kiss has a neurological disorder that prevents him from retracting his tongue. So his tongue hangs out 24/7. Literally..all the time.
We are looking to promote the rescuing of animals through Kiss!
