Hi, everyone! My name is Jason. I am a hardworking individual who works full time as an accounting clerk and goes to school 3/4 time for Business Admin. In the past year I have discovered a love for cooking, and that is why this blog has been inspired. Earlier in the year I was told I have steatosis of the liver and have had to change my entire diet. ( which was needed anyways) My goal is to cook my way through many different cookbooks to learn technique and better ways of preparing healthy food.
