Little Zaccari is now one of two children that have been diagnosed with Congenital Nephrotic syndrome in the past 15 years in the Maritimes. He is currently stage 4 renal failure and it is anticipated he will have to Start dialysis in as little as the next 3 months. On top of his kidney issues Zaccari also suffers from Pulmonary valve stenosis and has a 50/50 chance of needing open heart surgery in the future. A ballon dilation was done to the valve back in Oct but may require additional surgery to avoid further medical problems. As you can see Zaccari has the true fighting spirit of a little warrior and never stops smiling :) During this journey over the next few years mom will be unable to work and need to care for Zaccaris needs. Bills and travel expenses would be one less thing to worry about :'). Any amount is appreciated by the family and will certainly help.
