Description
Chase was diagnosed with glioblastoma a year after his father passed from the exact same thing. Doctors have sent him home with hospice because treatment is no longer working. Chase has made a bucket list his top two are meet Dale Jr and meet the Duck Dynasty guys. Chase is a fighter and just wants complete some of the things on his list before his health will not allow him too.#teamchase

Chase and his precious mom, Jessica, deserve anything they can receive! He lost his dad two years ago from the same type of cancer, and now here he is at 6 years of age going through the same thing. We've all watched this young mom hold this family together, work, go to school, and make sure she was there for her kids and husband. This little angel deserves something wonderful in his life. He and his brother adored their daddy. God bless this sweet family!

Chase and my son became best buddys in day care.  I am praying that God will perform a miracle for Chase.  He is an amazing, sweet little boy with a big heart.  His poor mama has been through so much already.  Please help any way you can.

Ellen, it is with a heavy heart that I must tell you that Chase lost his battle to cancer this morning. He fought a hard fight but now he is safe in heaven in his Daddy's arms. Prayer to his family.  -Miss Eustis
