17 weeks after losing my leg, I’m FINALLY able start personal training again! I’m also finally able to do some meaningful lower body work.
This is my second attempt at deadlifting in the past two weeks. The weight doesn’t feel heavy, but I’m constantly sinking in my prosthetic which causes some major balance issues. Once that gets straightened out, I’ll be able to load the bar up.
Even better news, I’m returning to the mats this week to start some mega-light drilling
