Nick Santonastasso Is the Most Inspiring Man In the Gym
This is the way I've adapted to use the smith machine for barbell workouts!
I use an ankle wrap around my wrist to act as a hand which gives me the ability to hit incline barbell, shoulder press and upright rows!
It's all about putting enough time into something where you learn to adapt everything and anything to move yourself forward!!
