I remember when my husband and I found our cute little guy. About 1am at a rest stop 8 years ago. No other cars or people were there, just us, and that little dog huddled by a dumpster nosing through the garbage. Husband went to use the restroom, left his car door open and when my husband was clean out of site that little dog came right over, hopped into the car, and sat in my lap. Fell in love with him about 4 seconds later and he has been the greatest dog ever. Sometimes you are just in the right place at the right time.
