What are the odds of a mother and daughter battling breast cancer at the same time? For my family the chances were 100%. I was diagnosed in 9/2016 and my mom in 11/2016. It was something that we didn't expect to share together but we are making the most of our story together. Please make your mammogram appointment for 2017 and get checked out. We both have annual mammograms and this was newly discovered. It's a different road on the cancer road. I hope you never get to experience it. We are thankful for our followers and prayer partners and family and friends for helping us feel as normal as possible through this experience. Cancer doesn't define who we are. We are overcomers!!
