He can't get stae funding becuase he doesn't kill... It makes no sense. He put his whole life savings into this no kill shelter in the Bronx. He needs help.

Pedro Rosario is the first Hispanic American to open a no kill animal shelter in the Bronx. He is a role model to all. He used his life savings to open this shelter to keep this place viable and going is a constant hardship. He gets very little help from Bronx politicians. He relies on constant fund raising to stay open. The animals in the Bronx needs this shelter. If a huge organization like the NY Jets can hire Michael Vick. Why can't they sponsor NYC Top Dog/ New beginnings Animal rescue just a thought. He needs your help. Pedro Rosario is a true hero. This place must stay open
