Cecelia (Cil) is a 14 yr old cancer survivor who puts others needs first. Cil was 13 mos old when she was diagnosed with neuroblastoma accompanied with opsoclonus-myoclonus ataxia syndrome (OMS). There is no cure for OMS. It is so rare that 1 in 10,000,000 children are diagnosed with OMS. There are only 5 experts for OMS in the entire world.
Cil is always looking for ways to make money to fulfill the less fortunates needs and buy Christmas gifts for sick children who are fighting their own battles. She loves to put a smile on everyone's face and be a day maker. I would love to fulfill her dream to meet Ellen.
