MY boys, Parker(10) and Aiden(7) started a fundraiser in Oct of 2015 called Parker's Parkas. So far they have collected 86 winter coats and 10 new blankets for the homeless in Baltimore, MD. I am so proud of my boys. We plan on taking these items to some homeless shelters the day before Thanksgiving. Their hope was to collect 40 coats for a certain shelter housing 40 women and children that are currently in need. They have doubled that! I hope you will share our photo so other kids may want to join Parker's Parkas and collect for people in need in their cities and states.
