I recently created, Dear Katy: An Open Letter to My Cat, after my cat was diagnosed with cancer. The vet has told me that she doesn't have much time left to live. My family and I took Katy in 15 years ago and she has been my faithful pal ever since. I wanted to create this video to commemorate our long friendship and to thank Katy for teaching me that all animals have emotions and feelings just like we do. She's the reason why I am an animal rights activist today.
