Zein was diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma in Februrary 2013, after battling it for a year and a half he beat it, then unfortunately relapsed in the brain shortly after that and after another year he beat it again. Zein is a TWO times cancer survivor! He teaches the world lessons every day in how to fight and never give up. Zein undergone around 35 rounds of chemotherapy, 45 rounds of radiation and 25 surgeries and his smile is still big and contagious:)
