The LFP is an absolutely amazing organization that has not only brought awareness about the limb different community but has also provided a home base for families to unite and provide support to each other which is priceless.

Molly Stapelman is the LFP, and her tireless work deserves all the accolades she could possibly receive and then some. Lucky fins rock and indeed so do you Molly!

LFP has changed our lives. My little one & I have met a wonderful family in the US (we are in the UK) who have become such treasured friends. Both our little ones have very similar lucky fins & are born a day apart! The support is fantastic. Our community is a family. One we are so blessed to be part of!

After the birth of my daughter, finding the LFP community rescued my struggling heart! Molly has created a community, a support system, and most importantly...A FAMILY!

The families we have met have become life long friends, and I know that when my daughter has questions about her own "lucky fin", I will be able to introduce her to a huge support system that have loved her and cared about her since the day she was born!

The greatest part of the Lucky Fin Project is that it truly only has one goal: to celebrate, educate, support, and unite! What's greater than that? LUCKY FINS ROCK!

The Lucky Fins Project has helped our daughter and grandchild through a lot. Even though Mattea has a limb difference, she is able to do anything she puts her mind to. One day she and I were talking about her hand, and she said, Grandma, I never hide my hand because it's special. She now also has a special doll that was made just for her. The doll has the same limb difference as she does. She is truly an amazing little girl.

In 1985, when my child was born missing his left forearm and hand, I thought we were all alone with our situation, and felt very lonely. Now, with the dawn of the internet, people with limb differences are uniting worldwide via the Lucky Fin Project. This terrific non-profit celebrates, educates, supports and unites so many - all 50 states and 20+ countries. Ellen, you will love them!

As a dad, I want to weigh in here. My little girl (3 years old now) was born without any fingers on her right hand.  While we were blessed to know about the situation before the birth and we were surrounded by amazing people there were/are times that hasn't been enough.  That's where The Lucky Fin Project comes in. The network of support and inspirational stories that come from LFP has helped so much. Especially in helping our little Phoenix identify her shorter arm and special hand as a lucky fin.
