It's like having the flu everyday! Can you imagine never being able to eat the food(s) and drinks you love? This is a reality for many! Malnourishment. Dehydration. Being hungry, yet your body is starving you. Feeling betrayed by our own bodies. This needs national attention which we can get if we help get Raven on The Ellen DeGeneres Show!

Gastroparesis (gp) is a horrible disease that often goes undiagnosed until it is too late. Well, too late for anything except a feeding tube. Some of our fellow gp sufferers, sadly, have lost their battle with gp. I have read where one was trying to stay up to 80 lbs. Some members are afraid to get on our support group and see that another gp sufferer has lost the battle. There is no natural progression to this disease though. It is not a 'given' that you will have to be tube fed, nor is it a given that you will not. We are trying to help Raven get on Ellen's show so she can bring national attention to this horrible disease. Please help by commenting and voting.
